dry land training

Dry land is a bit of a miss-used word in this situation as it actually refers to swimming, which isnt very dry. I’ve been in and out of the pool a lot in the last few weeks. My front crawl is getting stronger and more consistent which is good news as its only 8 weeks until my first outdoor swim of the season, in the london docklands.

The gym sessions are also progressing. I am now the owner of some suspension training kit (not as kinky as it sounds) but got funny looks when i enquired as to wether i was able to instal a bolt into the ceiling joists to hang the equipment (if not a tree will do)
